Beverly Hospital Earns Primary Stroke Center Certification from the Joint Commission
Beverly Hospital Recognized for Excellence in Stroke Care
Beverly, MA – Beverly Hospital has earned certification as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission in recognition of its commitment to providing high-quality care and advancing outcomes for patients experiencing stroke.
The Primary Stroke Center certification recognizes Beverly Hospital’s commitment to adhere to national standards for safety and quality in caring for the specialized needs of stroke patients.
Developed in collaboration with the American Stroke Association, the certification is based on excellence in stroke through achievement of key performance and quality measures, standardized care practices, adherence to clinical guidelines, and comprehensive training and education.

Beverly Hospital underwent a rigorous onsite review to evaluate its practices and compliance with certification standards.
