Your Patient Portal
If you’re a patient at Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, or BayRidge Hospital, you can easily access your health and medical records 24/7 through MyBILH Chart. This is Beth Israel Lahey Health's (BILH) free and secure patient portal to support your care.
With a MyBILH Chart account you can:
- Message with your doctor’s office and care team
- Review test results
- View your provider’s notes and visit summaries
- Access your health information
- Manage your appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Pay your bill
- Complete check in before your appointment
Register for MyBILH Chart
To create a MyBILH Chart account, you need a MyBILH activation code. You can get your code in one of these ways:
- During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
- Printed on your after-visit summary
- Printed on your billing statement
- In person at the Medical Records office
Once you receive an Activation Code, visit MyBILH Chart to register for your online patient portal account.
