American Nurse Credentialing Center’s Practice Transition Accreditation Program
The Medical/Surgical Nurse Residency Program at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals has earned accreditation with distinction from the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) — the highest recognition awarded by the ANCC. The ANCC PTAP sets the global benchmark for nurse residency programs, recognizing organizations that provide exceptional support and education for nurses transitioning into new clinical roles.
North Shore Community College Champion for Community Impact Award
Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals were recognized as the North Shore Community College Champion for Community Impact. The award celebrates leaders who, through their professional and personal excellence and dedication, elevate opportunities for area residents to pursue higher education and embark on rewarding careers that in turn benefit the greater community.
The Joint Commission
Beverly Hospital received Joint Commission Re-accreditation effective February 11, 2023. Accreditation and certification by The Joint Commission are considered the gold standard in health care.
