Telehealth Information
If you would like to connect with your doctor, we have several options for telehealth visits by phone or video. Please contact your doctor’s office to schedule a telehealth appointment.
Video
Visits take place in MyLaheyChart between you and your provider. If you do not have a MyLaheyChart account, your provider can help you enroll.
Telehealth
Visits between you and your provider that take place via third party, such as Google Hangouts or FaceTime.
Telephone
Visits take place over the phone between you and your provider.
For more information about your telehealth visit, please watch our step-by-step overview.
We have transitioned to a new online patient portal called My Lahey Chart.
Already enrolled in My Lahey Chart? Log in today.
If you have not yet signed up for My Lahey Chart, you may access your My Lahey Chart Activation Code through one of these four ways:
- During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
- Printed on your After Visit Summary
- Printed on your Billing Statement
- In person at Medical Records
If you need assistance, please call the My Lahey Chart Customer Support Team at 781-744-7300.
Please note that on August 1, 2015, we transitioned to a new online patient portal called My Lahey Chart. This change coincided with the launch of Epic, our new electronic health record that will connect all of our health care providers through one system. While you will continue to have access to the My Record Patient Portal, it will only include your historical health information (entered prior to August 1, 2015). To view health information updated by your provider on August 1 or later, please sign up for a My Lahey Chart account by following the steps above.
