Recognition Underscores Hospital’s Steadfast Commitment To Highest Level of Patient Experience

Beverly, MA – Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has been named a 2024 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.

As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award, Beverly Hospital has ranked in the top 5 percent of health care providers in delivering patient experience over a minimum of two consecutive years.

Beverly Hospital was selected as the winner in the category of Clinical Quality for Large Hospitals (over 300 beds), based on clinical measures surrounding outpatient services, pregnancy and related conditions, tobacco, sepsis and substance abuse.
