Thoracic

Beverly Hospital's thoracic surgeons provide surgical treatment and/or management for conditions that affect structures and organs within the thoracic (chest) cavity. Common problems treated include benign lung and esophageal disease, lung and esophageal cancer, malignant pleural effusion, central airway obstruction and gastroesophageal reflux. Advanced endoscopic techniques are used for both diagnostic and treatment purposes.
