Preparing for Childbirth
Prepare for your upcoming childbirth, along with your support person, with this in-depth class. We cover a wide variety of topics, including:
- Signs and stages of labor
- Comfort measures for labor
- Breathing techniques
- Medication and anesthesia
A tour of our Labor & Delivery unit is also provided during the class.
Both in-person and virtual options are available.
